Privacy
Quolira is a deliberately lightweight site. We collect as little as possible, we don't sell your data, and there are no invasive trackers following you around.

The short version
| What | Why | Kept |
|---|---|---|
| Server logs | Security and basic, aggregate traffic insight | Short-term |
| Theme preference | Remembers your light or dark choice (stored in your browser) | Until you clear it |
| Admin session | Keeps the site owner logged in to the editor | Session only |
What we collect
When you visit, our server keeps standard logs: things like your IP address, browser type, and the pages you opened. We use these for security and to understand, in aggregate, what's popular. We don't use them to build a profile of you, and we don't sell or rent this information to anyone.
We don't ask you to create an account, and we don't run intrusive advertising networks.
Cookies & local storage
We keep this minimal. A single preference is stored in your own browser to remember whether you chose light or dark mode, and it never leaves your device. The admin area uses one session cookie so the site owner can stay logged in to the editor. That's the extent of it. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Links to other sites
Quolira links out to other places: social profiles, and occasionally relevant books or products. Some outbound product links may be affiliate links, meaning we could earn a small commission if you buy something, at no extra cost to you. Once you follow a link off our site, the privacy policy of that destination applies, not ours.
Children's privacy
Quolira is a general-audience site and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
